My story

I’m Juan, and for the past few years I’ve built my career as an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator. I like being the person who keeps things moving — making sure deadlines aren’t missed, priorities stay visible, and leaders can focus on what matters most. I’ve managed thousands of projects and meetings, led teams, and now support a construction business owner by keeping schedules, records, and systems organized.

 

Outside of work, life’s a little more relaxed. I share it with Chico, my three-pound chihuahua with a huge personality, and Kitty, my orange cat who’s endlessly curious. They’re total opposites, but together they keep things fun and unpredictable.

 

I believe the way we work should make life easier, not harder. The systems I build, the calendars I manage, the reporting I put together — they’re all about creating clarity, not clutter. My goal is to free up headspace for the people I support, so they can stay focused without worrying about the details.

 

Technology and AI are a big part of how I work. I like keeping up with what’s new, trying out tools, and figuring out how they can actually be useful in real situations. For me, it’s not about chasing every shiny trend — it’s about finding the tools that really make a difference, the ones that save time, reduce stress, and make work smoother.

 

I’ve always had a love for tech. I’m the type who’ll dive into a new app or AI tool just to see what it can do. Sometimes it’s just me experimenting, but often it turns into something I can bring into my work to help others. That curiosity keeps things fresh and reminds me there’s always a better, smarter way to get things done.
